Chrysalis falls to KKR and Bertelsmann for £107m

UK music publisher Chrysalis has been sold to German rival BMG, the joint venture between private equity giant KKR and media conglomeration Bertelsmann for ?107m (?127m). "BMG have fantastic resources behind them with Bertelsmann and KKR.
