Simrit, Div. Freudenberg-NOK, has acquired the assets of Tetralene (Houston) a developer and manufacturer of specialized custom sealing components for the oil and gas industry. Tetralene manufactures custom high-performance thermoplastic and elastomeric components
Ametek Inc. (Paoli, PA) has acquired Vision Research Inc. (Wayne, NJ), a manufacturer of high-speed digital imaging systems used for motion capture and analysis in test and measurement applications. It will become part of the Ametek Electronic Instruments Group.
Hexagon Metrology Inc. (North Kingstown, RI), has acquired Advanced Metrology Solutions (Dayton, OH). The company is a distributor of precision metrology products in a nine-state territory, stretching from Michigan to Florida.
